When can I check-in? When do I have to check-out?

Guest check-in opens at 3:00 p.m. and check-out must be completed by 12:00 p.m. If you’d like to request a late check-out, please let us know; we’d be happy to accommodate your request if we have the availability to do so.

What do I need at check-in?

We need two things — a credit card guarantee and a form of identification. Once we get that, we’ll help you get set up.

What’s your cancellation policy like?

If you need to cancel your reservation, try to do so at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled arrival. Any cancellation after that cutoff will incur a fee of one night’s accommodation, plus tax.

Can I bring my pet with me?

Unfortunately, Clocktower Inn Ventura isn’t a pet-friendly property. Service animals, however, are welcome.

Is Clocktower Inn Ventura a non-smoking property?

All of our guestrooms are smoke-free. We do this for our guests’ convenience; if you get caught smoking in your residence, you’ll be charged a $250 fee.
