Celebrate this Halloween weekend by supporting the Housing Authority of the City of San Buenaventura's Scholarship Program. The Scholarship Program provides money to residents of the HACSB’s public, affordable housing communities, and participants and household members of the Housing Choice Voucher program who are or will be attending a four-year college, university, community college, or technical/vocational school. Scattered in the Pacific about 40 miles offshore, Anacapa, Santa Cruz, Santa Barbara, Santa Rosa, and San Miguel Island make up the Channel Islands National Park, and they’re waiting to be explored. Get a taste of the wild west in Ventura this summer as the city’s #1 music festival returns to the county. Get your dancing boots and bikinis ready for the Surf Rodeo, returning to the coast from July 15-17th.

From its place in a special section of Grant Park, visitors can marvel at bustling Downtown Ventura, the hulking Anacapa and Santa Cruz Islands, and more.
